New Energy Efficiency Financing Options for Improving Multifamily Housing (recording)

Michigan Saves, in partnership with Inclusive Prosperity Capital, Inc. (IPC), has expanded their commercial financial offerings to help multifamily customers finance a variety of energy projects.  On this webinar, participants learned about how to take advantage of those exciting new offerings to help multifamily customers implement a variety of energy projects.The offerings are designed to reduce operating costs, improve building performance, and enhance resident comfort and safety.   They can also support preservation of affordable housing by funding capital improvements with energy and maintenance cost savings. 
 
The offerings serve privately owned housing, non-profits, housing authorities, cooperatives and condominiums and can fund: 
Building opportunity analyses, energy and health and safety audits, project design
Implementation of energy efficiency improvements and health and safety remediation work
Solar power and other renewable energy options
